This is the direct opposite of [Case 374: The cookies used by this service do not contain information that would personally identify you](https://edit.tosdr.org/cases/374)  
This is in response to eBay’s privacy policy in which they cover “Personal data we collect in connection with the use of cookies and similar technologies”. They store data in cookies about the “segment or category into which you as a user fall, for example: male, 20-49 years old, interested in cars”.
