# Combining Case 130 and 173

[Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix](https://edit.tosdr.org/cases/130) and [Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix](https://edit.tosdr.org/cases/173) are pretty similar, and by their descriptions I can’t actually tell if they have different uses.

Are they different in some way, and if not, can they be merged or deprecate one of them?

I don’t see a difference either.

I think the topic copyright makes more sense.

I find both titles lacking in clarity but prefer 130

I agree. Shall we deprecate 173 then? Agnes was also in agreement 5 years ago, judging by the likes on the author’s post; I doubt she changed her mind.
