I think that clause is aimed more towards services that put user data in a blockchain, making it impossible to delete. I say the point should stand. ---

Under creative commons license you give permission to share and redistribute the content. Its basically impossible to force deletion under a creative commons license “Our public licenses are intended for use by those authorized to give the public permission to use material in ways otherwise restricted by copyright and certain other rights.
