Probably due to a bug, some cases have appeared on Phoenix which seem to have been created without discussion or curator approval. I think [Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix](https://edit.tosdr.org/cases/485) and [Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix](https://edit.tosdr.org/cases/171) are also very close and we at least need to clarify how each is used. Additionally I think it would be nice to have a case for source available licenses. Like InvoiceNinja ---

Let’s keep in mind that Open Source != Free Software, but the other way around is a bit more interchangeable, I do agree. ---
