# Mailfence ToS has been reviewed but it does not appear in DuckDuckGo plugin

Hello,

When I go to [Mailfence.com](http://Mailfence.com) the DuckDuckgo plugin shows unknown privacy practices and it gives a default B+ grade. Mailfence already exists [here](https://tosdr.org/en/service/1694)

Any ideas on how to fix this?

DuckDuckGo did not update their data for years. The only fix would be to install our extension:-)

I downloaded the extension it says service not yet rated please request a rating. Could it be that you guys have the wrong URL?

Indeed, it seems somebody put the full url in there instead of the domain.tld

I have fixed it, it may take up to an hour or two to appear in the extension
