# ToS;DR extension not loading at all?

I get this on all sites (Google, Twitter, etc.), and this is on Discord specifically. I’m on Firefox 162, Chrome also doesn’t load. Not really sure what’s going on..?

I have the same problem with Firefox Version 125.0.2 (also on my laptop but can’t check firefox version right now).  
I tried reinstalling the extension but it still does not work.  
It will load for a while and after some time it will say that the web page hasn’t been rated yet, even though it is (e.g. [youtube.com](http://youtube.com), [reddit.com](http://reddit.com), etc…).

hey, we are aware of the issue!  
Its because we sunset the old extension API: [Terms of Service; Didn't Read status](https://status.tosdr.org/incidents/kljsktsv3r8m)  
Hopefully we can release extension v5.0.0 soon, which will fix the issue! I sadly don’t have more information. RN

Hey,  
5.0.0.1 released for Firefox browser’s today.
