Currently, the two documents associated with the service on Phoenix don’t contain the right information, so they should probably be replaced with the following 2 documents:

The documents have been added and have replaced those containing the wrong information to avoid confusion.
Unfortunately, Expedia seems to block our crawlers, so they can’t be reviewed.

You can create points not linked to a document if you want to review the service despite that.

Thank you for your help. It’s unfortunate that they block the crawlers. I haven’t created points not linked to a document yet, how do I do that, or is there a help page that explains it?

You can simply go to Terms Of Service; Didn't Read and scroll to the bottom of the page.
You’ll find a blue botton:

It will lead you to a point creation page, were you’ll need to choose a case and copy into the analysis the excerpt you would have linked the point to:
