Let’s analyze the description for Case 216:
Your interaction with the service and data you have shared with them may be gathered to create an advertising ID or profile to target ads on you, either on the website you were visiting or in third party websites.
Isn’t this wording pretty much already covered by Case 220? Pretty much >99% of the services with a Point for either Case will have another Point with the respective other one. This is redundant, unjustified, and affects a service’s grading in an unnecessary way.
Let me be clear that I do not wish to artificially inflate grades given to services. I just wish for us not repeating ourselves.
