My Issue With Case 278 and Case 279

I’m a bit confused. What’s the difference between each Case, exactly? By how each is worded, they don’t appear to be significantly different from one another:

Case 278

The service is not responsible for linked or (clearly) quoted content from third-party content providers

Case 279

This service assumes no responsibility and liability for the contents of links to other websites

What should we do?

I like Case 279 more, I don’t know which is more useful.

Agreed. Also, Case 278 lacks a description.

Okay, we have a unanimous vote. The process for deprecating this Case will take a while, so please DO NOT use Case 278 in the mean time.
