Deprecate Case 309
Case 309 literally has a single Point that uses it. It been for quite a while, collecting dust on Phoenix, and we should deprecate it.
I believe removing it will not impact our reviewing process in the slightest. It is a HIGHLY specific Case that has no real relevance in the long term.
What are your thoughts?
