Case 379 is a duplicate of Case 202 and I'm tired of pretending it's not

Reasoning

Check the wording for each:

User-generated content can be blocked or censored for any reason

Specific content can be deleted without reason and may be removed without prior notice

Deprecate Case 379. We already have case 202, which is more appropriate in my opinion.

What are your thoughts?
