This is commonplace for services governed by US laws, so I believe it deserves the creation of a case.
The title is quite difficult to understand, though. Personally I had to read it twice before understanding what it meant

What about rephrasing it to: The service is only available in some countries approved by its government.
It’s not as precise as the current title, but at least it’s easier to read (and the description is clear enough to avoid confusion).
