The Topic Unclassified is reserved to cases that won’t show up in the extension, so I think this should be in Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix since it encourages users to be aware of the terms they’re agreeing to.

I am not aware of any filtering by topic. Unclassified still shows up in the extension. Does it say it shouldnt?
I tried to edit it to put it in the Transparency category but it doesn’t allow me.
Unclassified only contains the case None.
Its description is:
