It is hard to determine if it is good or bad. While the user’s Right to be Forgotten should be respected, the rule is often against the right to keep contents, either private and public services.
It’s worth knowing your account may be terminated without your explicit demand even if you don’t use it anymore, so I agree with the creation of the case too.
Perhaps it should be neutral as @erkinalp said, since it would be bad if data shared long ago could still be processed for an account without recent logins.
Why would this case be in the Ownership Topic ? In Right to leave the Service, it makes more sense to me.
