DingTalk (PRC):

4、您理解并同意,如您注册钉钉帐号后连续超过12个月未登录,钉钉公司为优化管理等目的,有权回收该帐号。

I would classify this as neutral, as this is basically the opposite of “your data survives even if you delete your account”.

I agree. This case is definetly worth adding

It is hard to determine if it is good or bad. While the user’s Right to be Forgotten should be respected, the rule is often against the right to keep contents, either private and public services.

It’s worth knowing your account may be terminated without your explicit demand even if you don’t use it anymore, so I agree with the creation of the case too.
Perhaps it should be neutral as @erkinalp said, since it would be bad if data shared long ago could still be processed for an account without recent logins.

Why would this case be in the Ownership Topic ? In Right to leave the Service, it makes more sense to me.

Should be definitely neutral, I’ll add it to Right to leave the service as @Agnes_de_Lion suggested

Added case-499 and rephrased the title a little bit
