Looks good to me!
Regarding the topic to choose, I’d rather put it in Content, because cases referring to prohibited data collection and publication are mostly there: Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix and Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix.

I’d change the wording to something like “The service prohibits automated collection of user information” because the original one makes me thing that they actively prevent collection by some technical or other means, which is not the case.
