Reasoning
I’ve come across countless agreements with a provision that allows users to opt out of binding arbitration. This opt-out provision has a time limit, though, and perhaps it would be good for users to be informed.

Countless examples. The latest Service I reviewed that contains this type of provision would be Wire. I can guarantee, however, that there are hundreds, if not thousands of Services with a similar provision.
