Reasoning
This serves as the opposite for Case 517, and sadly I’ve come accross services that explicitly prohibit users to opt out of binding arbitration (unless you stop using their service).
I’m tempted to make this a blocker just because it limits the users’ choice, but I’ll settle for a
rating.
