If a service applies a form of tracking and doesn’t explain its attitude when receiving a Do-Not-Track signal, should be consider they ignore them and thus create a point linked to Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix?

I reached out to Notion about DNT headers. They skirted around a direct answer after multiple emails.

My feeling is that this point should be confirmed, since they obviously have trackers and never said they acknowledge and respect DNT headers, even after direct questions.
