Is it currently possible to sign up to contribute to the Phoenix edit site? The account on this forum doesn’t translate to the site at:
Am I missing something or is there a way to look at the cases and document examples from within the forum site?

There isn’t currently a way to contribute to Phoenix through the forum. You would need to sign up here:
Sign Up (ToS;DR Phoenix) (you will be asked for an email, a username and a password).
The forum and the Phoenix account are separated, so you may choose a different username and password if you want.

To add to this, a proposal to integrate SSO (or optionally oauth) is in the works.
