Deleting some cases created without curator approval

Probably due to a bug, some cases have appeared on Phoenix which seem to have been created without discussion or curator approval.
Here’s the list:

I’m deleting them in a few days, unless someone expresses their disapproval in this thread :slight_smile:

I think Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix and Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix are also very close and we at least need to clarify how each is used.
Additionally I think it would be nice to have a case for source available licenses. Like InvoiceNinja

Let’s keep in mind that Open Source != Free Software, but the other way around is a bit more interchangeable, I do agree.
