The real ID requirement in this point is limited to bot verification in the current practice. In all other parts of the service, no real identity is requested nor a way is provided to supply it to Discord.

I couldn’t find any quote in the agreement stating users must use their real names, they only are required to provide true information to Discord (email address…).
I’m declining the point then, thanks for raising this inaccuracy!
