Also found this line in Cisco’s Web Site Terms of Use (document-2581), seems like there should be a case for this as well:

“cease to provide and maintain the Site, at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability."

Maybe something like:
“This service makes no guarantee it will remain available”

There’s already a case for this: Case 203: They may stop providing the service at any time (They may stop providing the service at any time). It is a bad point with a weight of 40.
