I just got very confused by this case https://edit.tosdr.org/cases/293

And want to propose a new title:
“The service assumes no liability for any damages the user incurs”
Its simply the first sentence of the discription.

I agree! The goal of ToS;DR being clarifying the legalese used in the terms, it makes much more sense to shorten and simplify case’s titles like this one.
