I think that Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix should be negative because services can see approx location from it

Disagree since there is no real way for a services to prevent seeing the IP, they can commit to dump it but that is still trust based. Also IP addresses are public and because of NAT and most people having rolling IP addresses it isn’t to much of an issue.

Honestly too much services log IP addresses to consider it as a bad case.

If location data is actively used or shared, it falls under Terms of Service; Didn't Read - Phoenix which is negative.
