Missing contract on service (Nintendo)

Hello, I have a question; if a service on ToS:DR is missing a contract on the website (the Nintendo service is missing the Nintendo Switch user agreement, there’s no Nintendo Switch service though), how can I ask for it to be added and crawled?

Also, the Nintendo Switch user agreement is really “aggressive”; a little example:

“After the Console is updated or changed (including without limitation in connection with an Update), any existing or future unauthorized modification of the Console or Software, or the use of an unauthorized device in connection with the Console, may render the Console and/or Software permanently unusable.

This basically means that you don’t “own” the Nintendo Switch, as they can remotely break it at any time.
