Please note that while very similar, the ToS and PP for the subdomain at the bottom are different from the primary domain. (Ctrl-F "github" for quick proof) I was unsure if they should be separated. When a curator addresses this one I'll remember what happens for the future.

Mitre has been added as a same service as shield.mitre.org.
All the documents have been added and precising whether it’s part of the parent company or not.
I found it easier this way, but if you wish so these services can be separated since they have different documents.
