I have seen quite a few online generated privacy policies or ToS and I think we need a neutral case for this as a template sometimes doesn’t reflect what actual data is being used as most simply copy & paste them and are done with it.
Something along the lines like: “This service uses an online generated template document”. Possibly in the topic “Third Party”? I’m not sure where else it would fit.
I would phrase like this: This service's Terms were made through an online template.… or something like that.
In my opinion it’s a bad case as it shows they’re not very concerned with how data is processed and/or rules are enforced, since ToS/PPs are subject to law.
