Point linked to "This service takes credit for your content"

A point created for Common Sense Media made me doubt the meaning of Case 179: “This service takes credit for you content”.
-Point 31730 (ToS;DR Phoenix)

None of the Submissions will be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise,

Does this quote mean users are loosing ownership or the right of attribution? In which situation does Case 179 fit?

How does this differ from Case 118: You waive your moral rights, where the right of attribution is also lost?

Very few points are linked to this case, usually when a user is required to “assign all copyrights” to the service, which overall means loosing the ownership.

I would use it like the previous cases, meaning only use case 179 when full copyright ownership is transferred.
The quote maybe requires a new case. Probably it is time to go through and properly sort all cases ;D
