Proposal
The service can stop being provided at any time
Old name
They may stop providing the service at any time
Reasoning
Having “they” in a case is, dare I say, uncomfortable, and doesn’t follow our more common wording specs. I tried my best with this one, though.
Thoughts?

I unfortunately have to insist on this renaming.
I agree with the renaming, the original Case name feels out of place.
