“Tracking cookies refused will not limit your ability to use the service”
This has some clunky wording, in my opinion. My suggestion is to change it to either:
“Refusing tracking cookies won’t limit your ability to use the service” “If you refuse tracking cookies your ability to use the service won’t be limited”
