Rephrasing Case 164?

Case 164 is linked to points giving a service the right to disclose personal data of a user if a government requests it.

However, the current phrasing of the case is ambiguous and doesn’t take into account the reasons of the disclosure :

This service reserves the right to disclose your personal information without notifying you
(Topic Law and Government requests)

I propose rephrasing the case to

Your personal data may be disclosed to comply with government requests without notice to you

What are your thoughts?

I think the phrasing you propose is indeed more clear and unambiguous. I agree.
