Some strange evaluations: WhatsApp, Telegram, Element, Signal

Hello,
I am new here. I just registered to ask some questions:

  • Can you explain why WhatsApp and Telegram has the same C rating? On the former there are 6 negatives points while on the latter only 1 negative point and made by a suspended user.
  • Following the first question. Both Element and Signal have B rating, but they have 7 and 3 negative points respectively.

I am not an expert, certainly not all points are equal, but after reading the various reviews, I think there is an error in the evaluation.

The main reason is, that the rating not only takes the bad but also the good points and the total number of points. You can see the rating sytem here. Updating the algorithm for service grades -- thoughts? - Phoenix - ToS;DR Community

Whatapps summarie is broken rn, because they updated their terms.

Suspended user could just mean that they requested their account to be deleted themselves. As all points have to be approved that has no impact on accuracy.
