I believe we could rephrase the Case 323 to The Service may use tracking technologies or scripts (pixels, web beacons, browser/device fingerprinting, etc.) for simplicity, and broader scale for points.

I think the wording looks clear enough to me. Are you proposing we split the case into each of those cases? Or add more examples of trackers, such as persistent and third-party cookies?
I recently read a document that says the app uses device fingerprinting, but there is no mention to other tracking technologies.
