Why is Case 188 Bad, I feel like it should be neutral because a lot of the time this case is used is because the service shares your data for payments.
Why is Case 188 Bad, I feel like it should be neutral because a lot of the time this case is used is because the service shares your data for payments.
I'm guessing any data that a third-party receives is beholden to the third-party's ToS and as such might end up getting sold for advertisement by that third-party even though the first-party does not do so in their own ToS
