The user epoberezkin (which I believe to be a SimpleX employee) disagreed with this point.
I challenge that, however I am not convinced yet that, it is fair to give a service a bad point for using an email provider. And I would argue its obvious that an email provider will process an email address. I believe there are also exceptions for this in GDPR although I would need to look that up.
What are your thoughts?
